Tofu Milk

Ingredients and Instructions

4 oz Tofu

1/2 To 2/3 c water

2 ts Maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Use the lesser amount of water for a light cream consistency, the full amount for milk. Makes about 1 cup per "serving."
