1 1/4 cups of self -rising flour
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 egg
3 cups of coarsely ground or chopped squash
1 medium onion, chopped
Black pepper to taste
Combine the first 5 ingredients and be at until smooth. Stir in the squash, chopped onion, and
black pepper. Drop by spoonfuls into a hot greased skillet and fry unt il golden brown on both sides.
