5 large carrots, julienned
2 tbsp. of Butter
1 tbsp. of Sugar
1 tsp. of Salt
1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon
Place the carrots in a pan and cover with water, and cook until tender
and drain. Combine the butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon and pour over
the carrots and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
