Sour Cream Cucmbers

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 tablespoons of cider vinegar

1 cup of sour cream

2 tablespoons of chopped chives

2 tablespoons of chopped, fresh dill

1 teaspoon of celery seed

2 unpeeled cucumbers

Dissolve the salt and sugar in the vinegar; add the sour cream and stir until smooth. Add the chives,

dill, and celery seeds. Slice the cucumbers paper thin, and combine with dressing. Chill 1 hour or more.
