1 large can of peas
1 large can of lima beans
1 large can of whole kernel corn
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small jar of chopped pimento
3/4 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain the canned vegetables and mix with the green bell pepper,
the onion, and pimento. Mix the vinegar, sugar, oil, dill weed,
salt, and pepper together and pour over the vegetables. Chill
before serving.
