Carolina Country Slaw

1 large cabbage, shredded

1 bell pepper, diced

1 onion, diced

Mix the pepper and onion together. Layer the cabbage and pepper and

onion mix in a large mixing bowl. Pour 1 ½ cups sugar over this.

Mix the following ingredients together and bring to a boil.

1 cup of vinegar

3/4 cup of oil

1 tsp. of Salt

1 tsp. of celery seed

2 tsp. of Mustard

1 tbsp. Plus 1 tsp. of Sugar

Pour this over the cabbage, pepper, and onion and do not stir. Cover

tightly and refrigerate for 4 hours. Tastes really good if refrigerated all night!
