Pecan Fudge

2 cups of toasted pecan pieces

3 cups of granulated sugar

1 1/2 sticks of butter

5 1/3 ounces of evaporated milk

12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 - 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Combine the sugar, butter, and milk and melt in a heavy saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Cook over

medium heat until mixture forms a soft ball when a small amount is

dropped into a glass of cool water. Remove from heat and stir in the

chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Blend well. Pour

The fudge into a buttered 13” X 9” pan. Press the pecans into the

fudge. Cool completely and cut into squares.
