1 can apple pie filling

1 egg yolk

1/4 cup brown sugar*

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon *

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg *

Topping

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup flour

5 tablespoons margarine

1 PIE SHELL

Brush bottom and sides of pie shell evenly with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 375º until light brown,

about 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Spoon pie filling into the crust.

Topping:

Combine flour, sugars, and margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over filling and bake

375º about 50 minutes. Cool * Optional: Blend into pie filling before spooning into crust.
