3/4 cup Oleo 1 cup sugar
1 egg 1 -1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup corn meal 1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans chopped
Cream Oleo and sugar in large bowl. Add egg and
beat well. Stir in the remainder of ingredients to sugar
and Oleo. Mix well. Drop from a
teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 mi nutes
until lightly brown. Slightly cool on cookie sheet
before removing them. Yields 3 dozen. Serves 12.
