Chocolate Minute Tapioca Pudding

3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate

1/3 cup sugar

3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca

3 cups milk

1 egg , well beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

Place chocolate, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.

Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly. (Pudding thickens as it

cools.) Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes; stir. Stir before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
