Buttermilk Pie 2

Ingredients and Instructions

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate and set aside. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30

seconds in blender or on high for one minute with electric mixer. Bake until knife inserted

in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit if desired.
