1 pound beef, shanks

3 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

4 each pepper, whole corns

1 each tomatoes, can

3 each bouillon, beef cubes

2 each carrots, sliced

1 each vegetab1es, frozen package

3 each celery, stalks, with tops

2 each onions, diced

2 each potatoes diced

Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low 12 to 24 hours or High 4 to 6 hours.
