Sunday Supper Soup

Meatballs:

1/2 lb. ground beef

1 egg slightly beaten

3 tablespoons water

1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Parsely

2 teaspoon Butter

Mix ingredients together, roll into balls and brown in butter.

Soup:

2 cups water

1 can beef broth ( 10-oz can )

1 can chopped tomatoes( large can )

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 cup sliced carrots

1/4 cup chopped celery and tops

1/4 cup chopped parsley.

Bring to a boil for 20 minutes, add meatballs and cool for 20 minutes more, or until carrots are

cooked. this soup is very flavorful and tastes as good as it smells.
