Canned Clams

Heavy Cream “or” Half And Half

Milk

Salt & Pepper

Paprika

Combine 1 Tbs. butter, 1 cup bottled clam juice, 1 cup canned clams with their liquid, 1 cup heavy

cream "OR" half-and-half, 2 cups milk in saucepan and bring ALMOST to a boil over

MODERATE HEAT. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and serve garnished with a

sprinkle of paprika. Serves 4-6.
