3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
1 onion or 3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 large head of broccoli tips
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato puree
1 tablespoon fructose
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 basil leaf
Sauté garlic in oil. Add onions and brown. Put all ingredients together in a 6-quart pot. Simmer 30 minutes Serve over rice.
