I had some Italian sausage in the fridge and I wanted to cooked something that had only meat, veggie & fruit. I was inspired by a friend's recipe. This delicious twist. I hope you enjoy. sw :)
1. Add olive oil to a large heated skillet. Add remaining ingredients in a single layer.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 minutes. Flip all ingredients and cook until grapes and tomatoes began to burst.
3. Remove sausage from pan. Slice. Add sausage slices back to skillet to soak up all the juices. Plate up and top with parsley.
