Traditional Eastern North Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients and Instructions

1 cup of white vinegar

1 cup of cider vinegar

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon of tabasco sauce

Salt, to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper, To taste

Mix all ingredients together and store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
