10 1/2 oz Soft tofu

1/4 c Vegetable oil

1 tb Lemon juice

1 tb Syrup

1 ts Dijon mustard

1/4 ts Salt

Blend all ingedients in blender until smooth and creamy. DEEANNE at 14:52 EDT
