1 c Texas beer 1/4 c Wine vinegar

2 tb Liquid smoke 1/4 ts Tabasco

2 tb Soy Sauce

Mix all ingredients in a shaker-type bottle.

Shake liberally on ribs, chops, etc. while cooking.
