Pesto Sauce

2 cups fresh basil leaves

1 cup parsley

1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil

1/3 cup pine nuts (pignoli)

2 cloves garlic, pressed

Mix in a food processor or blender, heat mildly and pour over 1/2 to 1 pound of brown rice or quinoa pasta. Serves 2 people.
