Oriental BBQ Sauce

Ingredients and Instructions

4 T Toasted sesame seeds 1/3 c Oil

1 T Peanut butter 1/3 c Sherry

4 T Brown sugar 1 t Grated ginger (amount ??)

2 T Curry powder 1 T Minced garlic

1/2 c Soy sauce 4 Green onions chopped, white only

1 T Pepper

Place first 8 items in blender and blend 45 seconds.

Stir into bowl with ginger, garlic & onions. Use

to marinate chicken.
