1 lg Onion, sliced thin

1/4 ts Salt

3 tb Tabasco sauce

3 tb Olive oil

2 tb Vinegar

Cover the onion with boiling water, drain, & rinse in cold water. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients & let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or longer.
