Oil And Garlic Sauce Over Rice Or Quinoa

3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup soup broth

Sauté garlic until brown; let cool for 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes. Serve over brown rice or quinoa pasta and/or vegetables. Serves 2 people.
