Missouri Barbecue Sauce

2 tb Oil 1 tb Chili powder

3/4 c Cider vinegar 1 ts Dry mustard

1 ts Garlic; finely minced 1 ts Paprika

1/2 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Ground cumin

Combine all ingredients, heat to boiling and allow to cool.

Let set for at least one hour for flavors to blend.
