Eastern North Carolina Rub & Sauce

---RUB---

2 ts Salt 2 ts Black pepper

2 ts Brown sugar 1 ts Cayenne pepper

2 ts Cumin 1/4 c Paprika

2 ts Chile powder

---SAUCE---

1 c White vinegar 1 tb Red pepper flakes

1 c Cider vinegar 1 tb Tabasco

1 tb Sugar 1 tb Black pepper

Use rub on meat and allow to set until rub looks moist.

For sauce, blend all ingredients and allow flavors to blend.
