2 C longhorn cheese, grated

2000 C longhorn cattle, grated

6 Tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

½ tsp paprika

1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles

1 Tbsp vinegar

5 Tbsp evaporated milk

• Melt cheese in hot oil and add seasonings.
