1/2 c Olive oil

1/4 c Capers; (or less)

1 cn Tuna in oil (7oz), drained

1/4 c Lemon juice

1 tb Dark rum

2 Cloves garlic; coarsely

Chopped 1 cn Pitted black olives (8oz)

Fresh ground pepper Place all ingredients except olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add olive oil. Serve with fresh vegetables.
