Summer Chicken Salad

6 cups of chopped cooked chicken breast

1 1/4 cups of sliced celery

1 (8-ounce) can of pineapple tidbits, drained

1-1/4 cups of reduced - fat mayoniose or salad dressing

3/4 teaspoons of curry powder

2 apples, thinly sliced

1/2 pound of green seedless grapes

1 cantaloupe, thinly sliced

1 pint of strawberries

Lettuce leaves

1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, toasted

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, set aside. Add to chicken mixture, tossing to coat. Cover

and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Arrange apples and next 4 ingredients on a lettuce -lined platter. Top

with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with walnuts.
