Orientle Spinach Salad

Ingredients and Instructions

1 Bunch of spinach

1 cn Water crestnuts(sliced)

1 cn Bean sprouts(drained)

2 Hard boiled eggs

1/4 lb Bacon (fried and crumbled)

----------DRESSING----------

1/2 c Oil

1/8 c White vinegar

1/2 c Med. onion

1/4 c Sugar

1 t Salt

3 t Ketchup

Blend dressing one day in advance.
