Cranberry Salad

1 large package of Cherry Jell-O

2 cups of boiling water

2 cups of sugar

4 cups of cranberries (1 bag) chopped in a blender

1 large orange with rind, sectioned and chopped in a blender

1 cup of celery, chopped

1 cup of crushed pineapple

1/2 cup of pecans

Mix the first 3 ingredients together until dissolved, pour into a mold or large bowl and refrigerate until

thickened. Stir the remaining ingredients into the thickened Jell-O and chill. This will taste even better

if prepared a day or two ahead.
