Oyster Sauce Chicken(Ho Yow Gei)

2 lb Fryer cut in pieces

3/4 c Oyster flavored sauce

4 T Soy sauce

2 Cloves garlic sliced

1 Small fresh ginger chopped

1 c Chicken stock

Combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. Add chicken to sauce and marinade for 3 hours or more. Remove chicken pieces and place under broiler for 25 minutes each side, brushing chicken with sauce to keep moist. Serve with rice.
