Harvest Time Rice

1 cup of thinly sliced carrots

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

2 medium apples, cored and chopped

1 cup of sliced green onions

3 cups of cooked brown rice

1/2 cup of seedless raisins

1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, toasted

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Cook the carrots in oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until tender crisp. Add the apples and

the green onions and cook an additional 5 minutes. Stir in the rice, raisins, sesame seeds, and salt.

Cook, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.
