Combine butter and soy sauce. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the meat. Add bouillon mixture and push meat to one side. Add celery, mushrooms and onions; Cook and stir for about 4 minutes. Add the spinach anc cook about 2 minute more. Serve on rice. |
