Add celery, onion, and garlic. Saute 3 minute. Add flour, stir until smooth. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in shrimp, clams, parsley and sherry. Stir in pasta. |
