Ingredients and Directions

2 cup chicken, diced

1/2 pound tasso or smoked sausage, chopped

1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

2 each garlic cloves, minced

1 creole seasoning

1/4 each stick butter

1 provolone, grated

1 gouda, grated

1 pound three-colored pasta, cooked

Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
