Add shrimp, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic and shallot. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes. Place pasta in serving bowl. Pour sauce over and toss. Sprinkle with Romano. Serve immediately. |
