3/4 c Water -- plus

3 tb Water

1 t Olive Oil

1 t Salt

1 t Sugar

2 1/2 c Flour

2 ts Yeast

2 tb Olive Oil

Salt Pepper 1 1/2 c Pizza Sauce

1 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese -- grated

Place all dough ingredients in machine and program for knead and first rise. Press start. When dough is finished, transfer to floured work surface and let it rest for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400ÃƒÂ¸F. Roll dough to 11" circle and transfer to baking sheet or pizza peel. Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough and then shake on salt and pepper.
