2 qt Salt water -- boiling

4 tb Butter

4 tb Flour

1 c Milk

1 c Cream

1 ts Salt

1/2 c Ripe olives -- chop

2 ds Pepper

1 tb Red pimento -- dice

1/2 c Sliced canned mushrooms
