- G. Granaroli XBRG76A 1 Deep dish frozen pie crust

5 lg Eggs

1/2 c Ricotta

1/2 c Grated cheese

3 Sausage links (skinned,

-cooked and drained well) Salt and pepper to taste

Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
