4 Chicken breasts, skinless,

-boned 2 cl Garlic -- minced

1 c Sour cream

2 tb Lemon juice

1/2 ts Paprika

1 t Tabasco sauce

1 c Breadcrumbs

1/2 c Butter

Butter a baking dish. Combine the garlic, sour cream, lemon juice, paprika, and tabasco. Marinate the chicken in the mixture OVERNIGHT in the refrigerator. Roll the chicken in the bread crumbs and place in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake in 350 F, 1 hr. Source: Trails End
