Ingredients and Directions

1 chicken -- cut into serving

pieces 1/2 lemon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

Salt to taste 1/3 cup oil

1/4 cup honey

Rub chicken pieces with lemon. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon ginger and salt. Combin e oil, honey and remaining ginger and brush the chicken with this mixture. Roas t it in a moderate oven (350 degrees F) for 1- 1/2 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
