Ingredients and Directions

1 pie shell -- (8")

1 cup grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese

3 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 package Hidden Valley milk recipe

original ranch salad dressing mix 1 slice bacon -- cooked & crumbled

-- or 2 1 slice ham -- cut into sm. chunks

Green pepper & onion -- chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese into pie crust. Whisk eggs . Add other ingredients including the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix well. Pl ace in pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 15-20 mi nutes longer, until center is set. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"
