1 pound hamburger

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

1 each garlic, clove, minced

1 teaspoon italian herb seasoning

1 each tomatoes, can, stewed

1 each tomato paste, can

1 each tomato sauce, large can

1 each water, large can

1 each spaghetti sauce seasoning, package

Brown hamburger with onion, bell pepper and garlic. Drain well and put into crockpot with all other ingredients. Have crockpot on high until sauce comes to a boil and then turn it to low and simmer for 6 hours. Serve hot over favorite noodles. Goes well with garlic bread, and a fresh salad.
