2 pound round steak

1 salt and pepper

1 flour

1 oil

2 each onion mushroom soup mix, packages

4 cup water

1 tablespoon green pepper, dried

Cut steak into serving sized pieces, season with salt & pepper, dredge in flour. Heat oil in skillet, brown steak pieces. Place browned pieces in crockpot. Mix soup mix and water pour over steak in crockpot, add green pepper. Cook on high 2 hour or till steak is tender. This makes its own gravy, no thickening necessary.
