3 cups cauliflower flowerets

nonstick cooking spray 8 oz nonfat sour cream

1/2 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute

2 oz feta cheese

1 tsp garlic powder -- or two cloves minced

1 tsp dill -- (Dippity Dill)

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/3 c bread crumbs

1/4 tsp paprika

Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or till tender. Drain. Arrange in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Pour over cauliflower. Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
