Ingredients and Directions

3 1/2 pound chicken breast halves, boned, skinned

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup olive oil

2 each onion, chopped

2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon whipped margarine

1/2 teaspoon pepper, coarsely ground

6 each tomato wedges

Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion, seasoned salt and salt. Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate over night. Melt whipped margarine in frying pan. Add chicken and saute until tenderly done and evenly browned. Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato wedges.
