6 eggs, hard boiled

1 Tbs prepared mustard

2 Tbs vinegar

2 Tbs oil

2 Tbs olives

salt, pepper

Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.

Remove the egg yolks and mash them together in a small mixing bowl.

Mix in the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

Fill egg whites with mixture. Put olives on top.
