1 can Spam -- cubed

1/4 cup green peppers -- chopped

1 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded

1 cup biscuit mix

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon cooking oil

2 cups milk

4 eggs

Saute Spam, onion, green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender. Spoon into lightly greased 10" deep dish pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Mix remaining ingredients with hand mixer until smooth. Pour evenly into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
