Ingredients and Directions

1 each can salmon, drained, flaked (7.5 oz)

1/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs

1 each egg, slightly beaten

2 tablespoon onion, chopped

2 tablespoon milk

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon butter, or margarine

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Melt butter in skillet; saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through.
