Ingredients and Directions

2 cup flour

2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 teaspoon soda

2/3 cup cooking oil

2 cup grated carrots

4 each eggs

1 cup nuts, chopped

   

   

---FROSTING---

1 sm pk cream cheese

1/4 cup margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients in order; beat well. Pour into 2 9x5x2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees one hour, or until done. Cool. Frost with the following frosting, if desired. Frosting: Mix all ingredients well. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
